1. Book a Requirements Call

2. We’ll source your talent (Week 1)

3. Selection (Week 2)

We handle all employment logistics, including taxes and benefits. You pay a fixed monthly fee with a 30-day cancellation notice.

We employ them full-time under our local company to ensure compliance and a hassle-free experience for you.
We provide each new hire a Lenovo Thinkpad with 8gb RAM and 256gb SSD as standard. They also receive the standard Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications. If your team member requires any upgraded hardware, we can arrange that for a fee. If they require specialist software, you will provide that as you would a local employee.
When you start the process of hiring with us, you will be assigned a Client Success Manager. They will be your point of contact if you have any issues, or want to pass on good feedback. They will check in with you and the team member weekly, with a progress call once per month. You can reach out to them any time.
Although it doesn’t happen very often, in the unlikely event that things don’t work out with your team member, you can choose to end their placement with 30 days notice. We’ll find you another one.
Just like your local employees, your team member will be entitled to their local holiday allowance (typically 20 days), and additional local public holidays (typically 10). These are reflected in the monthly fee and a full list of public holidays will be provided during the onboarding. Your team member will have to request their holiday through us first, and once approved, can then request it directly with you. This is to ensure we are keeping track of their holiday to take the monitoring off of your hands.
Dependent on your requirements, once you have had your discovery call, you can expect to have a candidate starting with you within 4-6 weeks.
Of course! You can interview potential candidates as many times as you like (we suggest 2). We’ll be on those calls as well.
They’ll be employed by us, and we’ll be the ones issuing contracts, taking care of the legal stuff, holiday tracking and payment to the employee. You’ll be the one managing them. Set them tasks, assign projects and manage them just like you would a local employee.
No! The one monthly fee you are presented with is the price you pay. However, if you require them to have upgraded laptops, a VOIP number or specialist software, then you will have to provide those.
